Custom Suzuki GSXR - 7/11 - 1216 Originally a 1989 GSXR 750K. New Suzuki GSF1200 Engine. Bored to 1216cc. Nitrous 50bhp kit . Polished 5 lb Nitrous bottle. Modified & Rebuilt loom , incorporating sub looms for NOS system & Datatool alarm system. Alloy mini indicators, LED rear lamp, fully programmable SPA Design stepper motor Tacho integral 3 stage shift lights & digital speedo. Rebuilt 2001 Yamaha R1 U.S.D. Forks, polished & painted Thunderace 3.5 wheel & discs with anodised billet alloy carriers & stainless steel buttons, polished & painted R1 6” rear wheel AP racing Callipers, disks & Pads. Goodridge clutch & brake hoses with polished stainless fittings. Heavily modified 1999 Yamaha R1 swing arm – mirror polished. metallic Suzuki black base with a blue pearl, silver air brushed chequered flames, and mirror decals . covered in 8 coats of clear lacquer. Engine
New Suzuki GSF1200 Engine. Bored to 1216cc, using Wiseco forged - high compression pistons. Roger Upperton gas flowed & ported head, stainless oversize valve, fully radiused valve seats, matched inlet rubbers, ports drilled & tapped for nitrous foggers, A.P.E. H/D cylinder studs, A.P.E H/D Cylinder head nuts & A.P.E. valve stem seals. Kent SUZ1 Race Cams ( soon to be replaced with Cam Motion G21x Cams ). Orient express Race valve Springs. Orient Express Adjustable cam sprockets. Debben Billet manual cam chain tensioner. C.V. carb. Pingel fuel filter. K&N individual pod Air filters. Cosmetic gaskets. Dyna coils. Custom made Magnecor silicone leads. Yoshimura Duplex thinwall stainless steel ‘works’ full race system with aluminium full race can. GSXR 1100M Undercut Gear Clusters. GSXR1100M Clutch basket with Coil spring conversion for clutch. Barnett H/D springs. M.R.E Lock up kit. Goodridge hoses & fittings for Oil cooler, cam feed conversion & engine breathers. Factory H/D billet alloy starter clutch & stator covers. Other covers mirror polished. Clutch cover modified by Polygon Engineering for dual, large bore -breather take offs and chrome plated. Alloy breather catch tanks, Aerotek Extra wide 19 Row oil cooler on one off brackets. Slotted stator plate for fully adjustable ignition timing. All new shells bearings & seals etc from Suzuki, crank & rods X rayed and stress relieved. NOS 50bhp kit. Polished 5 lb Nitrous bottle in seat unit, solenoids, relays etc on one off stainless tray in space where air box used to be.

Electrics
Modified & Rebuilt loom, incorporating sub looms for NOS system & Datatool alarm system, with nylon over braid, all major components relocated to fabricated tray, under seat. Kawasaki KLE 500 Headlamp on one off mounts. Alloy mini indicators, LED rear lamp, fully programmable SPA Design stepper motor Tacho integral 3 stage shift lights & digital speedo, fully programmable SPA Design Digital Oil pressure / Oil temperature gauge, modified 750K warning lamps, housed in one off Carbon Fibre Panel.

Frame
1989 GSXR 750K. original Sub frame removed, extra bracing around headstock, new subframe mounts fabricated and welded on. 2001 GSXR 1000 Subframe. all mirror polished. Polished hangers with anodised alloy foot pegs. All non-alloy brackets powder coated.

Front End
Rebuilt 2001 Yamaha R1 U.S.D. Forks, Ohlins internals fitted by Revs Racing, anodised tubes polished & painted Thunderace 3.5 wheel & discs with anodised billet alloy carriers & stainless steel buttons. AP racing Calipers, disks & Pads. Goodridge clutch & brake hoses with polished stainless fittings, with black shrink wrap. Re-built and polished ZX7R Remote reservoir master cylinders with anodised levers. Renthal alloy bars. Bandit mirror clamp & mirror. GSXR 750 M Triple clamps modified & polished with angled risers welded on. Ohlins 150mm stroke, adjustable steering damper on polished alloy brackets

Rear End
GSXR 1100M Fully adjustable shock - re-valved & re - built by Revs Racing, fitted with up rated spring, Remote reservoir re-charged by Revs and relocated under seat via braided steel link hose. Polished & painted R1 6” rear wheel. Machined cush drive, 520 X ring Race Chain conversion & special sprockets, polished adjusters & tie bars. Heavily modified 1999 Yamaha R1 swing arm – mirror polished, GSXR 750 K linkage. Rebuilt R1 caliper& GSXR M/Cylinder. Goodridge brake hose with polished stainless fittings. Art carbon fibre chain guard.

Bodywork & Paint
GSXR 750 K fuel tank, re shaped at rear & modified to accept large bore Mocal alloy breather / vent valve. Yamaha R1 front mudguard and rear hugger, Modified Kawasaki KLE500 bikini fairing, Y2K GSXR 1000 seat unit & pillion pod, modified Y2K Art carbon fibre under tray, modified Y2K seat, recovered in leather. Metallic Suzuki black base with a blue pearl, Silver air brushed chequered flames, and mirror decals. covered in 8 coats of clear lacquer. Finished & polished by hand by Keith at Nasty Paint. Polished filler cap. Aerotek breather assy.

All fasteners hand polished A3 grade stainless steel is used. All spindles and special fasteners Chrome Plated
